Coach Francisco Rodriguez is a Texas Cruiserweight State Champion and USA Boxing Certified trainer with over 30 years of professional boxing experience. Every session is private. You’re not sharing a trainer with 20 other people. From the moment you walk in, the focus is entirely on you — your stance, your combinations, your progress.
We train youth, adults, beginners, fitness clients, competitive boxers, and MMA fighters. All equipment is provided. We’re open 7 days a week with flexible scheduling.

From Frisco via Tollway: Take the Dallas North Tollway south to the Spring Creek Parkway exit. Head east on Spring Creek, then south on Custer Road to Stockton Trail.
From Frisco via Preston Road: Take Preston Road south into Plano. Turn east on Spring Creek Parkway, then south on Custer Road to Stockton Trail.
